God, who knows us deeper than we know ourselves,

you who knit us together in our mothers’ wombs,

who knows the number of hairs on our heads, and the number of our days.

Help us to know that you know us, deeply and truly!

Remind us that we are not what holds life together but you are.

Help us to lay our worries and weights aside and to trust that you have all things in your control…we can let go and rest.

Help us to rest well and worry less so that we may be renewed to face each day with joy and hope and be the best child of God that we can be.

Help us to rest in you and find deep peace.
