A brief prayer

Holy God,

it has been another long and crazy week.

The world continues to turn in sorrow, fear, and uncertainty.

Give us strength to face each day and each challenge with the courage that you bestow upon us.

Warm our hearts and souls with your comfort and your love.

Grant us peace in the midst of uncertainty.

Help us to cling ever to you, our grounding center,

and may we have a moment of peace with you this day.
